[Generale] errori joomla

Ciao a tutti,
eccomi con il secondo capitolo di un romanzo iniziato quando vi ho
chiesto come recuperare un db di joomla...
la situazione è questa in un nuovo server ho tutti i file (db
compreso) di un installazione joomla fatta su un vecchio server
gemello di quello attuale,
solo che se vado su: www.miosito.it/joomla

ricevo questo errore

googolando un po' ho trovato che poteva dipendere dai permessi dei
file htaccess, ho fatto le modifiche consigliate ma non ho ottenuto
nulla..
qualcuno ci è già passato? avete idee?
